Chicken Kuzhambu, Chicken Curry with coconut

Today I am here with my mom’s chicken kuzhambu recipe. This is a South Indian style chicken curry made with coconut.  This kuzhambu is quick to prepare as it is prepared in pressure cooker. You can call this one pot one shot chicken kuzhambu (OPOS Chicken curry) as all the ingredients are added at one stretch and the cooking takes places in one pot. This can be served with rice, idli, dosa and chappathi.
